Hello!

I lived in "Texarkana, USA," a.k.a. Texarkana, TX and Texarkana, AR, for about a year and a half. In that time, I sent out "Dispatch from Texarkana" emails to friends and many of them told me to start a blog to share Texarkana's quirks with a larger audience. So I did. Then I moved to D.C.
